INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC/PZIBA) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Beckman Coulter, Inc. located at 250 S Kraemer Blvd, Brea, California, 92821. This requirement supports the 88th Medical Group Clinical Laboratory at Wright Patterson Air Force base (WPAFB) for a fully automated Chemistry/Immunochemistry analyzer, associated reagents and calibrator material. The system must be compatible and integrate with the MHS GENESIS / Cerner Millenium Laboratory Information System (LIS) via an Authority to Operate (ATO)-approved middleware.
