Description
This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. This procurement is for 3 BK Medical E14CL4b Biplane Endocavity transducer Transrectal and Transvaginal probes. This is a request to procure more so that multiple cases can be performed in the same day. The probe is specifically requested to support prostate biopsy fusion cases. This probe is an upgrade to the existing probe providing better image quality and ease of use. With sterile processing transiting to the B1 space more probes are needed to support the amount of time it will take to turn the probe over in-between cases. The proposed vendor, BK Medical is the only company that makes this specific transrectal probe for use with the BK Medical Ultr
