This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE for the purpose of supplying electric utility services in St. Louis County, Minnesota and will be sole sourced to: Allete, Inc. 30 W Superior St Duluth, MN, 55802-2191, USA As a part of this procurement, the Detroit District intends to solicit on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.103-1(b) to Allete, Inc. Work Under this Contract is expected to include the following: Provision all personnel, equipment, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items and services necessary to deliver continuous and reliable electrical utility services to designated U.S. Army Corps of Engineers facilities.
