Notice of Intent to Sole Source Eye Test Booklets

This notice is issued by the Health Readiness Contracting Office, located at 2199 Storage Street, Suite 68, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, Texas 78234. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract on a sole-source basis for the acquisition of commercial products. The contract is for Stereo Eye Test Booklets used to conduct Multiple Circle Tests (MCST) for depth perception. This testing is administered by the United States Military Entrance Processing Command (USMEPCOM) Medical Department for military job classification, in accordance with USMEPCOM Regulation No. 40-1, Chapter 7.4. The total estimated value of the acquisition is $60,000.00. The proposed delivery date is 30 days after contract award.
