Related Notice: Wideband00742_RFI (February 2025) This notice informs potential vendors of the Army Contracting Command Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG)s intent to solicit a sole source justification for the development, production, and sustainment of up to eight (8) High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) SATCOM Terminals. This action is being conducted on behalf of the Product Manager Wideband Enterprise Satellite Systems (PdM WESS) and the Project Manager (PM) Integrated Enterprise Network (IEN). The Government intends to sole source this effort to L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in accordance with Title 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Contract Information This requirement will modify the existing Large Wideband SATCOM Terminal Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)
