The USPFO for Hawaii to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to PACIFIC RADIO GROUP, INC. The statutory authority which permits other than full and open competition for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(5), as implemented by FAR 13.106-3(b)(3)(i). Therefore, a Request for Quotation (RFQ) solicitation from a single source, will be issued to PACIFIC RADIO GROUP, INC. to provide radio advertising campaign on the Islands of Hawaii, Maui, and Oahu for the Hawaii Air National Guard (HIANG).
