Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Jeppesen Publication Subscription Renewals

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE NOAA's Marine Operations Center, Acquisition, Accountability, and Analysis Branch, intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with Jeppesen Foreflight, Inc. of Englewood, CO for the procurement of a one-year renewal of Jeppesen Publication Subscriptions for NOAA-AOC. The sole source determination is based on the fact that Jeppesen Foreflight, Inc. is the only vendor autorized to provide all the subscriptions necessary for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation package is available.
