Notification of Intent to Sole Source Announcement of intent to sole source for the use of 40 acres of land within the secured perimeter at National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Kennedy Space Center (KSC). NASA announces its intent to execute an Enhanced Use Lease for the use of approximately 40 acres of land located at the Kennedy Space Center in Florida. NASA has received interest from a long-standing commercial partner for use of the 40 acres in a manner that will support NASAs mission by advancing the commercial space economy. Responses received by September 29, 2026, will be used to assess additional market interest and determine whether, to whom, and under what terms the facility may be out-granted to ensure best value to the Government.
