Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Cancer Institute (NCI), Center for Cancer Research (CCR), Surgery Branch (SB) intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract action to: Roberts Oxygen Company, Inc. PO Box 5507 Rockville, MD 20855 UEI: HF9HCHM74RY5 for the procurement of Liquid nitrogen (LN2) Stop-Check and Delivery Service. The anticipated base period of performance is May 1, 2026, through April 30, 2027. The award will include option line item for additional Liquid nitrogen (LN2) Stop-Check and Delivery Service, priced on a monthly basis. Option Period 1 may be exercised as needed to support the clinical trial. Authority: This acquisition is being conducted using simplified procedures for certain commercial products and commercial services under FAR Subpart 13.5
