Notice of Intent to Sole Source - MKARNS Fire and Gas Detection System Upgrade

The Department of War (DoW), U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Little Rock District (SWL), intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Consilium Marine US, Inc, (CAGE: 3EGT0), UEI: D49D3QD6GK7), located at Davie, Florida. This is a non-personal services purchase order to provide repairs to Crane Barge Hendricks located at the Pine Bluff Marine Terminal in Pine Bluff, Arkansas.This action will be conducted under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a) - Soliciting from a single source for acquiring commercial services. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source based on the following rationale:The existing CS4000 fire detection system is a proprietary product of Consilium Safety Group, the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)
