The Nebraska Air National Guard (155th Air Refueling Wing) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price purchase order to Improvised Electronics LLC. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial item acquisition using simplified procedures, with the intent to solicit from a single source, as authorized by FAR 12.102(a).
