Notice of Intent to Sole Source OEM Aircraft Maintenance

National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) / Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC) has a requirement for technical support services for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) aircraft maintenance. NASA/AFRC intends to award a sole-source contract to Lockheed Martin Corporation, as they are the OEM, under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or service using FAR Part 12.
