This is a notice of intent, not a request for a quotation. A solicitation document will not be issued and quotations will not be requested. This procurement is for 4 week contract for advertising with OUTFRONT Media, which is the advertising concessionaire for providing bus, railcar and station facility advertising space leases to the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority. OUTFRONT Media is the sole source for the existing inventory of advertising space within the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority properties through September 22, 2025.
