A Notice of Intent to Sole Source: The Department intends to award a contract to a single vendor without full and open competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 providing overseas guard services at the U.S. Embassy Port Vila, Vanuatu. The Department of State, Bureau of Diplomatic Security plays an essential role in ensuring that foreign policy missions are accomplished in a safe and secure environment.
