Notice of Intent to Sole Source- Palfinger Crane

THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. THIS SYNOPSIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The Program Executive Officer Land Systems (PEO LS), Marine Corps, Quantico, VA 22134 intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a contract to Palfinger USA, LLC, 4151 W State Route 18, Tiffin, OH 44883 USA (Government Entity Code: 0LQ89). This effort is estimated for award the end of Fiscal Year 2026. This acquisition is being pursued on a sole source basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.103-1(b), as award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government not expected to be recovered through competition and unacceptable delays in fulfilling ag
