Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Re-Accreditation Services - Navy Environmental and Preventive Medicine Unit (NEMPU) Two

The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price contract to American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) for re-accreditation services. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. The contract will consist of a base year and four option years; the period of performance for the base year is 30 September 2026 - 29 September 2027. American Industrial Hygiene Association is the only source available to provide these services per OPNAV Instruction 5100-23. The total estimated value is $149,640.00.
