1. Announcement: The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Scientific and Technical Information (OSTI), located in Oak Ridge, TN, intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a single-source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) to Bowen Door Service, LLC for Repair and Replacement of Storefront Style Doors. 2. Scope of Work: The selected contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, materials, freight, offloading, and travel for repair and replacement of Storefront Style Doors at the Department of Energy Office of Scientific and Technical Information building located at 1 Science.Gov Way Oak Ridge, TN 37830.
