Description
The Government hereby submits a notice of intent to award a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price IDIQ contract to Cerez Group Italia S.R.L. for commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) Dry Ice for Scheduled and Unscheduled Deliveries. This purchase will be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with Federal Regulation (FAR) Part 13.106-1(b) For purchases exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold of $350,000. The contract will consist of a base year and 4 option years with optional 6 month extension; the period of performance for the base year is 30Sep26 29Sep27. Cerez Group Italia S.R.L. is the only source available to provide local production and delivery of dry ice on a scheduled and unscheduled basis; meeting the production quantity and time constraints from order to deliver
