Note of Intent to Sole Source In accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO FAR) 6.103-1(b), the Environmental Protection Agency, Great Lakes National Program Office (GLNPO) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Sequoia Scientific, LLC for the purchase of a hyper-bb hyper-spectral scatter and the LISST-200X submersible particle size analyzer which will be used onboard the research vessel Lake Guardian. Based on market research conducted, Sequoia Scientific, LLC is the only commercial manufacturer/supplier of both instruments. This notice of intent is not a request for quote.
