The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC Pacific) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate, and award a Commercial, Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis with GeoSyntec Consultants, LLC of Boca Raton, Florida. The contractor will provide a literature review of current best management practices performance information for tire wear particle chemicals, perform a GIS spatial analysis of land types and co-located spawning streams of sensitive species at impacted Navy installations, assist in developing a sampling plan, and support sampling activities, detailed BMP evaluation, field work, data analysis, and final report preparation.
