Description
In accordance with RFO FAR 5.101, this is a public notification of a proposed sole-source contract action. The West Virginia Army National Guard (WVARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office intends to solicit and award on a sole-source basis under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102(a) and FAR 13.101(b) to West Virginia Radio Corporation (dba MetroNews Sports). Requirement: The WVARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion has a requirement for a comprehensive, statewide high school football broadcast sponsorship.
