SOLE SOURCE AWARD NOTICE Marine Corps Installations East intends to procure 11-Meter Naval Special Warfare Rigid Inflatable Boat (11M NSW RHIB) system course and electrical system course outlined below, on a sole source basis from United States Marine, INC. , in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 12.102(a) for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold and only one source reasonably available. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 611519 with $21,000,000 size standard. Usage of a less capable provider in place of United States Marine, INC. would result in significant negative operational impacts to 2D Amphibious Assault Battalion (AA BN).
