Notice of Sole Source Award for Monaco Fire Alarm Radio Frequency Survey

This is a notice that the 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota has awarded a Sole Source contract to Monaco Enterprises, Inc. APPLICABILITY OF AUTHORITY: The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this acquisition is the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO), and the Department of the Air Force FAR Supplement (DAFFARS) FAR 12.102(a) that justifies limiting the source if the contracting officer determines the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.
