This notice is a Presolicitation Notice and does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The intent of this notice is to provide the presolicitation notice in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.101 in preparation for the anticipated release of a Request for Proposal (RFP). NRL is not seeking proposals at this time. NRL reserves the right to cancel this acquisition at any time. Solicitation no.
