NX EQ Combi Oven

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Non-Expendable Equipment National Program has identified the Combi Oven product line as a candidate for a VA-wide (otherwise referred to as national) Requirements contract. Combi Ovens are thermally insulated chambers used in cooking for warming, cooking, and baking food, typically fueled by either natural gas or electricity. Food service ovens have thermostatic controls, which turn the oven on and off and select the temperature at which the oven will operate, and, usually, a timer. Food service ovens may have complex, computer-based controls allowing a wide variety of operating modes. They may be freestanding or countertop units.
