Combined Synopsis/Solicitation # HT940626QE012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The combined synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Regulation as indicated in the attachment. The SF Form 1449 is being utilized to generate the applicable clauses. The Defense Health Agency, Healthcare Contracting Division- Southeast intends to procure a firm-fixed price contract for a replacement Auditory Brainstem Response/ Otoacoustic Emissions (OAE) Equipment. The contractor shall provide One (1) OAE Equipment with any insert phones, headphones, transducers, oscillators, probes, computer (laptop or desktop), printer, software and software licenses, and other accessories required to perform auditory brainstem respons
