DLA Weapon Support Richmond intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price solicitation to procure one (1) FLP 40 CNC Traveling Column Six (6) Axis Machining Center, with turnkey services. The proposed action is intended to be awarded on a firm-fixed price, sole source basis to: SORALUCE S. COOP under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1; only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
