INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Orion Non-Linear Junction Detector (NLJD) #SS-TGT-26-048 The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC), Division of Procurement Services, on behalf of The Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration (TIGTA) intends to contract with Research Electronics International, LLC, (REI) 455 Security Drive, Cookeville, TN 38506, on a sole source basis. The proposed contractor is the sole producer, manufacturer and distributor of the Orion Non-Linear Junction Detector (NLJD). As the developer and manufacturer of this product, REI provides direct technical support and warranty services required for this acquisition; therefore, the proposed source has the sole unique technical and other resources required for this acquisition.
