Description
1. This pre-solicitation notice is in accordance with FAR 5.101(c). This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ), a Request for Proposal (RFP), or an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Government is not soliciting quotes or proposals at this time. 2. Description: The TAFB Wings over Solano Airshow requires Static Demonstration services of a P-63 and C-47A. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary for Aerial Static Demonstration services. The Contractor shall provide comprehensive services for the 2026 Travis AFB Air Show from April 24-26, 2026. This includes all planning, practice, and execution phases. Personnel must arrive on or before April 23, 2026, and depart no later than 8:00 AM on April 27, 2026. See Performance Work S
