P-Optimal Wetland Monitoring

This is a synopsis notice for the P-Optimal Wetland AE Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC) in Defiance, OH. Industry SF 330s are being requested. Please see attached synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Buffalo District (LRB), in partnership with the U.S. Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Environmental Laboratory (EL), Wetlands and Coastal Ecology Branch (EEW), has been conducting research and development of nutrient retention strategies for over a decade, specifically focusing on phosphorus (P)-optimal wetland test bed pilot studies for the last 5 years.
