Pacific Continental Midwest Equipment Supply TIERED RFQ

The Department of Veterans Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, intends to establish multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for supply and delivery of construction and grounds maintenance equipment in support of cemetery operations. The Government anticipates establishing three to five BPAs, The BPAs will be unpriced, and pricing will be determined at the order level. Orders will be issued among BPA holders on a best value basis. The acquisition will utilize a tiered evaluation approach, with priority given to SDVOSBs and VOSBs. If adequate competition is not received, the Government may consider other small business concerns.
