The Delivery Order is for upgrades of the Change Healthcare Enterprise Imaging PACS, due to an end of support of, version 14.1, operating on Windows Server 2016 OS, to version 14.2.2, operating on Windows Server 2022 OS. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order will be issued to Change Healthcare Technologies, LLC.
