Description
This contract action was not awarded competitively. The Delivery Order is to replace 36 workstations and displays that will replace end of life equipment. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation a Firm Fixed Price Delivery Order will be issued to Change Healthcare Technologies, LLC. Change Healthcare Technologies, LLC is the only one awardee capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services ordered are unique or highly specialized. A Delivery Order will be issued under the terms and conditions of Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) contract SPE2D1-18-D-0006.
