This is a sole source contract action to Barrington Hills RV Resort , at 9412 New York Ave, Hudson, FL 34667 Pasco County for the monthly lease of 20 TravelTrailer (TT) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
