THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES!!!! THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE. This is a sole source contract action to Far Horizon MHP, at 2580 Nursery Road, Clearwater, FL 33764 Pinellas County for the monthly lease of eight (8) TravelTrailer (TT) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
