This is a sole source contract action to Hilltop Mobile Home Park, at 3963 SW 90th Blvd., Jasper, FL 32052 Hamilton County for the monthly lease of two (2) Mobile Home Units (MHU) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress
