THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES!!!! THIS IS A PUBLIC NOTICE. This is a sole source contract action to Suwannee River Springs Community, at 16790 82nd Place, Live Oak, FL 32060 Suwannee County for the monthly lease of six (6) Manufactured Home Unit (MHUs) lots / pads from this Commercial Park required to place temporary housingunits for Applicants requesting assistance as a result of Hurricanes Helene and Milton. Perthe Stafford Act, the length of the Direct Housing Assistance Program is 18 months from thePresidential Disaster Declaration (9/28/2024 for Hurricane Helene, and 10/11/2024 forHurricane Milton), pending extensions determined by US Congress.
