The United States Coast Guard Base New Orleans, located at 1790 Saturn Blvd, New Orleans, LA 70129, requires a contractor to renew all painted surfaces in the parking lots in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, transportation, equipment, supervision, and personnel necessary to complete the project.
