Description
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO) issues this Request for Information (RFI) on behalf of the DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T). The DHS Science and Technology Directorate (S&T) has an interest in entering into one or more Partnership Intermediary Agreement(s) (PIA) pursuant to 15 U.S.C. 3715, with a Partnership Intermediary (Pl), as defined in 15 U.S.C. 3715 (c), to expand its existing PI network by providing services to support the technology transfer and commercialization of technology solutions for use by DHS and the Homeland Security Enterprise (HSE). All eligible PIs may respond, even if they have an active Agreement or Contract with DHS S&T. DHS S&T will work with PIs to increase the likelihood of success in the conduct
