OBJECTIVES AND SPECIFIC ACTIONS FOR THE PROCUREMENT: 1) Provide library services to a customer base of patients, patient visitors, family members of the Clinical Center. Materials and services provided are focused on (1) diversional, (2) health related information, (3) general interest and (4) current interest. 2) Library services shall provide outstanding customer service which includes a warm, friendly, courteous greeting as well as an inquiry as to how the librarian can meet the customers needs.
