PC-12 Hangar Support

NASA/AFRC has a requirement for facilities and utilities necessary to support PC-12 aircraft ground and flight operations during the QUARC laser communications campaign. The scope includes hangar access, servicing utilities, secure office and storage space, internet connectivity, fuel support for ground equipment, and personnel access coordination. NASA/AFRC intends to issue a sole source contract to acquire the services from JetsFBO. NASA requires contractor-provided hangar facilities, utilities, and support at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (KCLE) in Cleveland, Ohio. The purpose of this effort is to ensure safe, continuous, and efficient PC-12 ground and flight operations in support of the Quantum Aerospace Communication (QUARC) mission objectives.
