Description
UPS procurement and installation of Eaton specific products at Utah Test Range (UTTR). UTTR has paid for extensive Eaton proprietary capabilities, and the ability to perform diagnosis. Market research has revealed that Eaton Corp does not provide the proprietary capabilities to outside organizations. If corrective actions are required on emergencies that arise at any of their systems along the Utah West Desert, the UTTR is now requiring additional equipment to be installed. Since the UTTR employees are only trained on Eaton equipment, and Eaton will not allow competitors to train on Eaton equipment, we must only utilize Eaton for this requirement.
