Performance Work Statement for the a Condition Assessment and Report of Findings of Four Cannons for U.S. Army Garrison Picatinny Arsenal.

The Contractor , will provide services to conduct a condition assessment and report of findings of four cannons located at Picatinny Arsenal. Additionally, the report will provide recommendations for preservation, conservation treatments, and/or stabilization methods (as appropriate) for preventative, annual, and long-term care. Scope and deliverables are outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Quotes are due (in the format described below under Section III. Quote Instructions) to the St. Louis District Contract Specialist listed below by 10 AM CDT on 15 AUG 2025.
