The U.S. Consulate in Peshawar is seeking a technically sound and experienced contractor to safely dismantle, remove, and transport installed Force Entry Ballistic Resistant (FEBR)-rated residential Hardened Alternative System (HATS) and Support Containers from the Peshawar Consulate to the American Embassy Office at the European Logistical Support Office (ELSO), Port of Antwerp, Belgium via the port of Karachi, Pakistan.
