Naval Surface Warefare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) awarded the Photocatalytic Reactor for Annealing Air Pollution Control System as a sole source in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 "Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Seervices Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" procedures.
