Pursuant to FAR 6.103-1 and inclusive of the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part Deviation Guidance, The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) intends to negotiate a single-source purchase order with Jensen Hughes, Inc.
