NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Massachusetts Institute of Technology 77 Massachusetts AVE Cambridge Massachusetts 02139 4301 United States under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Massachusetts Institute of Technology is the sole provider of Physics-Informed Particle Impact Ignition Model NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Goddard Space Flight Center (GSFC).
