THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY: This PRE-solicitation notice is for issuance of a Request for Quote for a base period plus four (4) option periods of 12 months each for Mowing, Trimming, Edging, and Toe Ditch Cleaning services. A single indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract will be awarded to the vendor whose quote meets the requirements specified in the solicitation and offers the best value to the Government in accordance with FAR 12.2 Solicitation, Evaluation, and Award (FAR Overhaul). Contractors will be expected to perform services as specified in the performance work statement (PWS).
