Description
The Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Trade, Trade Transformation Office (TTO) issues this Justification for Exception to Fair Opportunity in accordance with FAR 16.505(a)(4)(iii). It is the intent of the TTO to increase the scope of the Firm-Fixed Price Task Order awarded to Pinnacle Federal Advisory, LLC by adding one additional full-time employee (FTE) to provide PM ECAT support. The additional FTE is needed immediately, and the current Task Order already provides one FTE.
