This contract is for non-personal maritime services to operate (maneuver, open, and close) the Port Security Barrier (PSB) Main Gate and Side Gate at the Naval Support Activity Naples Detachment (NSAND) in Gaeta, Italy. See attached Award Notice for full description. Service Model: On-demand service basis. Routine Operational Tempo: Estimated at 200 total movements per year, historically split into approximately 60 Main Gate movements and 140 Small Gate movements. Response Requirements: 1-hour telephone/radio coordination window, with actual on-site operations to commence within four (4) hours of initial notification.
